Hi all,

The 3^rd party mgmt of all Golang projects in EdgeGallery have been ready. Also there are some gating Jenkins jobs for these projects when there are any PR raised. All PRs raised couldn’t be merged if these jobs failed.

Here are the introduction about the mgmt process and guide of how to do it.

Now we are working on the mgmt of JAVA projects and it should be ready in these days.
